1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy is issued by Absolute Pitch, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a Texas corporation located at 1722 Pecan Crossing Dr, Richmond, TX 77406, doing business as Dial Up Delta (sweetdeepsleep.com).

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account and Payment Information. When you create an account, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and billing details. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, or the relevant App Distributor's billing system; we do not store your full card number on our own servers.

2.2 Optional Feedback Data. If you choose to submit session Feedback, we collect: a 1–5 star rating; which sound you used; session duration (10, 20, or 30 minutes); a timing offset (−15 to +15 minutes); and your age range and gender. This Feedback is intentionally decoupled from your name, email address, or account ID and cannot be used to identify you individually.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information. The Dial Up Delta Android application uses Firebase Crashlytics for crash and stability reporting. We use Google Analytics on our website to understand aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns. We do not use these tools, or any other tool, to serve behavioral or targeted advertising.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• To process payments and manage subscriptions;
• To communicate with you about your account, including billing and support;
• To aggregate and analyze optional Feedback to improve content and features;
• To diagnose and fix technical issues via crash reporting; and
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf: Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics (website analytics), Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting), and Hostinger (web hosting). We do not use a third-party form-processing service — contact and support requests are handled directly through our business email address. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company or others.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account information for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal, accounting, or billing obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing legal@sweetdeepsleep.com. We aim to complete deletion requests within thirty (30) days.

6. Adult-Only Service

Dial Up Delta is intended solely for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 in connection with Dial Up Delta.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date, and, where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
